Every god is a trickster god.

If you think you worship a non-tricksy divinity…

… that just means They got you tricked REAL GOOD.

Srsly tho, all the wiliest faces of God / religions are all like:

“Look, you can trust me, I’m direct and sincere and totally up-front, but definitely don’t trust those other XYZ guys, they’re DANGEROUS.”

Ahhhh, thing is, existence is DANGEROUS, no one gets out of here alive.

Every spark of divinity worth their omnipotence knows that.

What if the Devil you fear turned out to be your sweetest, oldest, most honest friend?

What’s a time in your life when God got you GOOD? ;)

When have you felt most loved by the Trickster seducer at the heart of all creation?
